All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Standard shipping is dependent on location. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll promptly resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement at no cost.

For international orders, please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
